Meet Darrell:
Darryll Stinson is an entrepreneur, pastor, speaker and most importantly a suicide survivor. He is the voice behind SeondChanceAthletes.com. Darrell played defensive end at Central Michigan University from 2008-2011. He attempted to take his life in 2011 due to an athletic career-ending injury. Through a life-changing encounter at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI, Darryll got a second chance and came to believe that his life mattered. He began the arduous journey of discovering what his identity and purpose was outside of sports. After years of research, meditation, workshops, and cross-examination, Darryll gained clarity of his identity, found his purpose and began to help others do the same. Stinson a husband and father of three beautiful daughters is on a mission to help people experience life — and life more abundantly.
Meet Jimmy:
Jimmy Farris is a national speaker, coach and master trainer for Kaizen Unlimited who is best known for his signature “Be A PRO” platform. After six seasons as a wide receiver in the NFL, where he won a Super Bowl with the New England Patriots. Jimmy now uses the lessons he learned in the NFL and beyond to train high performing individuals, teams and organizations on the championship level disciplines and winning mindset that make anything possible. Farris also works as a guest NFL analyst on CBS46 in Atlanta, GA. He believes that you need to focus on you being the best you can possibly be in every scenario. When you show up in this way, it is the greatest contribution you can make to any scenario or team.

Isaac is the Founder of Kaizen Coaching.
