The 8 Step process that he uses to walk an idea through before deciding:
- It provides a solution to a “REAL” problem for your market.
- The market is aware of this problem.
- The market is actively seeking a solution to this problem.
- The market is willing to pay for the solution.
- Your likelihood of success for the client.
- The level of ease for acquiring clients.
- Determining the lifetime value of a client.
- Knowing the market ceiling, or growth potential, of the solution or product.
