Planning out tomorrow’s priorities at the END of each workday is my number one hack for staying calm and focused.
Trust me, I totally understand the stress of juggling WAY too many tasks at one time. It can be paralyzing if you don’t use planning and prioritizing strategies to stay ahead.
My business journal, which is a planner I designed myself, is my lifeline!
I highly recommend using some sort of planner, digital or paper, to keep track of everything you have going on. I prefer paper, as I get a sense of relief just by writing things down. I’m going to share how I use my journal to stay organized and sane.
