Are you making time to play hard? In today’s video, I share a lesson I learned while working at Cutco Cutlery. When you work hard, you get to play hard as a reward.
For me, that means making sure I’m being as productive as possible during my working hours. I use a variety of proven methods to get the most done in the shortest amount of time. If you need ways to be more productive, check out my video, “Planning and Prioritizing Hacks.”
When I work hard, I feel like I’ve earned some time to have fun. The reward of doing something fun is the motivation to keep me driven and focused at the office. By playing hard, I recharge my battery, allowing me to return to work with even more focus and energy. Do you see how the cycle of the “work hard, play hard” helps you be more successful?
